What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

I'm having trouble signing in.

Can I migrate data from another tool?

Yes — Stocksmith supports CSV imports for products, materials, and inventory. Our help docs include step-by-step import guides, and support can assist if you get stuck.
