Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you'll keep your current plan until the end of your billing period.
At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to enter a payment method to continue. Your data is never deleted — if you decide not to subscribe, you'll still be able to export everything before your account closes.
Each product within an order counts as one order line. An order with three different products counts as three lines. Order lines reset at the start of each calendar month. If you're not sure which plan fits your volume, get in touch — we're happy to help you work it out.
